Returns and Exchange
We at Amaltaas work relentlessly towards customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to our customers.
Also before you return an Amaltaas product, please take a moment to understand that our products are handcrafted by traditional crafts people in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Incase your Amaltaas jewellery uses gemstones - please note that these are semi-precious and unique and therefore may vary slightly. All natural stones and pearls are always different from one another. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
- WE are happy to work with you on your return or exchange of the product within 4 working days of receiving the same (Delivery date is mentioned in your communication with the brand as we ship through Shiprocket)
- Before we arrange for the product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the Amaltaas Merchandising team and Quality Control (QC) Team to decide whether product is approved by them for return/exchange or not.
- You must return the product in the same way in which it was received by you - unworn, with original packaging and tag must not be tampered with. Incase, the product is broken no refund will be incited.
- Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
- In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
- When you initiate a return request, you have two options:
- Self-Arranged Courier: You can arrange for a courier to deliver the product to our unit in Gurgaon. We will send you the address.
- Amaltaas-Arranged Reverse Courier Pick-Up: If you prefer, we can arrange a reverse pick-up from your location. Please note that if you choose the reverse pick-up option, a fee of ₹110 will be deducted from your refund amount. This is in addition to any COD delivery charges paid during the original purchase, as it covers the reverse courier pick-up cost.

Once we have received your e-mail/whatsapp/commincation and our team has authorized the return for the product, you are requested to follow the process as advised by the Amaltaas Team.
No refunds will be given as under –
1. After three failed attempts to deliver the product by our courier agency
2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect format (like any form of a PO Box address)
3. Products returned in a used condition.
4. Minor variations of colour and design. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
5. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange
Refund
The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods at our fulfillment centre.
This entire process of refund will take upto 21days (return to our unit, check by our QC team and refund initiated by Finance Team).
We are not liable for delays.
All refunds are at the discretion of the brand.
